These are the coils that I use and I generally get a week of use from each one ... sometimes a bit longer but never less than 5 days per coil. They offer good resistance and I've found that they're very easy to replace. I avoid getting shots of hot e-juice on my tongue by allowing 10 minutes between filling the unit and using it.

Great as usual. One coil burnt out before i could use it but that is the first one that has done that in a long time. Often there will be a hot shot land on the tip of your toungue with these, but again not a huge issue. Love this kit still and i have been using it full time for four months now!
