Incame on black friday to buy 3 Cases od dripn go Evo dispoables. When i say that i mean 3 x 5 units. I checked before multiple times to make sure they wpuld have rhe flavors i wanted. Which were Orange fiz, root beer and black cherry,. Eventially the sale started and i took the lomg trip to the store. I asked for my 3 cases, i was told that they were all there and in order. But abput a week later l opened what was supppsed tp be black cherry, but it was Red Cola instead. I called to try and explain the mistake. But i dont feel any action wqs taken, npr was my cpncern valid. I was repeatedly tolf that red colq is black cherry. (Its not) i have been an extremely good custpmer, i buy lpts pf units regularly. I dpnt understand why this mistake means nothing. I really wish some one who cares and depends on sales wpuld cpntact me, and make it right. But that would have to be someone who depends on sales and cares about keeping customers like myself. I qm very sad about this, and i had decided to make theravape my exclusive shop for my needs. But im upset abput this. I tried calping tp rectify the situation and i was brished off and treated like it was my mistake. If there is a store owner out there i would appreciate a call.
