There's the exise tax on pot, liqour, and especially tobacco it was only a matter of time. It would be included in the Sin tax, it allows them to hit us hard. I paid a lot of these taxes and one time in the hospital I wanted a smoke. The nurse said I'll end up costing more if I kept vaping. With all the taxes I paid I better get gold plate service, I replied and we all laughed.
Unhappy with the excise tax. Especially for a diy Vapor. Helps not smoking cigarettes

I mean if you really want a review of this ridiculously awful extra fee then sure. It's complete money gauging garbage that serves no actual purpose whatsoever and is ridiculously expensive. 1 star is too high for it. How do I give negative stars?
