General Shipping Information
All online orders are processed within 1-2 business days and ship via Canada Post. To guarantee same day shipping, orders must be placed before 2pm CST. Higher than usual order volumes may result in shipping delays.
Delays may occur if our inventory has discrepancies. We will try our best to remedy the issue as soon as possible by contacting you by phone or e-mail if no phone number is provided.
Proof of age is required for all orders: 18+ for AB, MB, QB, SK, NU, YT and NT; 19+ for ON, BC, NB, NL, PE and NS.
If valid government issued photo ID showing that you are of age cannot be provided, Canada Post may return the package to sender. In this case, we would refund your order minus shipping costs both ways and deduct an additional 15% restocking fee from the refund.
If you are underage, please do not make any purchases until you are of age in your province. We'll be happy to help you at that time. Thank you for understanding.
To deter illegal underage vape purchases, we may impose a 50% restocking fee when the reason for return is marked "age not verified," and you cannot provide satisfactory proof by email. Please do not buy if you are under the age of majority in your province and/or cannot furnish proof of age at the time of delivery.

Multiple Orders
When multiple online orders are placed at the same time with the same account information on TheraVape.net, we will combine the orders to save you money on shipping costs. If the combined subtotal is over $150, you will be eligible for free shipping and under 2kg. Any paid shipping cost may be refunded so long as the packages are able to be sent together in time.
