Price Match Policy

We will match any Canadian competitor or US competitor (factoring in conversion, shipping, duties and taxes) under the following conditions:

• It is the exact same product
• The product is in stock
• The product is not on final clearance
• The store is not blowing out their stock due to closing of the business
• The price is not below our cost

All price match situations are dealt with on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to refuse a price match if we feel the policy is being abused or there are circumstances that we feel negate the price match (such as a coupon being used, we're offering free shipping but competitor is not, or the overall deal is better when factoring in other Theravape incentives, etc.)
